Shipping
Upon confirmation of order, shipping of ordered products will be arranged using our standard package withing 1-2 working days (based on China calendar due to our warehouse is located in China) and it would take 2-6 weeks for delivery at the delivery address requested by you in your order (if it is multiple items in the order, we might send out each items separately due to the location of shipping centers. If this is the case you will be notified all the tracking numbers).
We will notify you using your contact information on your order if we face any unforeseen case occurs (such as disruption by natural disasters) which we might noticeable delay or unable to fulfill your order prior to ship out.
Also, it might not be possible to deliver to some locations, we will inform you using the contact details that you have provided to us for further discuss (such as re-arrangement or even cancellation) what we can do in gentleman’s manner as this depended upon case by case. Please note that we will charge reasonable amount for shipping fees and administrative fees if it occurs.
Due to international shipping method ability limits, the deliveries can encounter complications in certain shipping countries.We won’t accept any dispute about delivery once order dispatched if shipped to countries below:
Haiti, Kyrgyzstan, Madagascar, Mauritius, Bangladesh, Nepal, Nicaragua, Swaziland, Jamaica, Zambia, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Egypt, Sudan, Libya, Algeria, Angola, Bahamas, Benin, Belize City, Burundi, Dominican Republic, Gambia, Grenada, Cuba, Palestine, Mexico, Brazil, Paraguay
If you are not available to take delivery or collection, carrier may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier. If delivery or collection is delayed or missed by you to accept the goods, we will do either or both of the following:
(a) charge you for any fee and other costs reasonably incurred by us
and/or
(b) no longer make the Product available for delivery or collection and notify you that we are immediately cancelling the applicable Contract, in which case we will refund to you or your credit or debit card company as applicable any money already paid to us under the Contract, less our reasonable administration charges.
You acknowledge that the products are standard and not made bespoke to fit any particular requirements that you may have.
